Family Free Day at the Milwaukee County Zoo
Head to the Milwaukee County Zoo this Saturday for Family Free Day. All guests receive free admission. Regular parking and attraction fees apply. While there, check out the North American river otters or stop by the Penguins of the Pacific exhibit to visit the zoo’s Humboldt penguins.
TrainFest
TrainFest comes to the Baird Center this Saturday and Sunday. The event features over 50 operating model train displays, train dealers, major model railroad manufacturers, and other vendors, free train riding for kids, and more. Single-day tickets range from $14 to $19, depending on the day you attend. 2-day passes are $20. Kids under 12 are free with an adult.
Hocus Pocus with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra
See a showing of Disney’s Hocus Pocus on screen while the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra performs the score live, this Friday and Saturday night at the Bradley Symphony Center. Tickets start at $50.
Goosebumps: Phantom of the Auditorium
Check out First Stage’s production of Goosebumps: Phantom of the Auditorium running now through November 2nd at the Todd Wehr Theater. “Horror fans Brooke and Zeke are thrilled to be starring in a mysterious show called The Phantom, and not the least bit frightened by the old legend that the play is cursed. But when strange, eerie messages start appearing and a masked menace starts disrupting rehearsals, they begin to wonder: what if there really is a ghost haunting their school, determined to stop the show?! China Lights
China Lights at the Boerner Botanical Gardens runs Tuesdays through Sundays through November 2nd. China Lights features more than 40 larger-than-life lantern displays, local food vendors, and more. General admission tickets start at $23.
